Strength Coach Overcomes Disc Herniations, Disc Bulges, Hip Impingement, Scoliosis, SIJ Pain, Arthritis, and More

By the end of 2017, I had already struggled with chronic back pain for nearly 5 years. My hips were so tight and imbalanced that it caused my pelvis to be out of alignment constantly, which led to more issues.

Over this time, I was diagnosed with:

• Leg length difference

• Scoliosis

• SI joint pain

• Lumbar facet joint arthritis

• Disc herniations (L3/L4 & L4/L5)

• Disc bulge (L5/S1)

• Hip impingement

• Winging shoulder blades

• Flattened neck curve

I tried so many different therapies and treatments but only experienced short-term results.

Pain and re-injury prevented me from making consistent progress with my training. I had to stop playing baseball. Walking on uneven surfaces was an absolute nightmare for me.

I thought my body was truly broken and I just about accepted that I’d never be the same. I was only 25 years old at that time…

That’s when I found Andrew on IG and enrolled in his first online program, which helped me learn about my body and improve the issues that were contributing to my pain. Most of my pain was gone in less than 90 days.

Fast forward to today, where I recently turned 30 years old. I just completed the Whealth Strength & Conditioning program and made some insane progress over the last 3 months.

Bodyweight: 206lbs ➡️ 215lbs

OH Press (5RM): 125lbs ➡️ 135lbs

Bench (5RM): 165lbs ➡️ 205lbs

Deadlift (5RM): 325lbs ➡️ 375lbs

Squat (5RM): 275lbs with better control

I’m feeling stronger and more athletic than I’ve ever been. I’m back to playing baseball, which was something I thought I’d never do again. I’ve also hit 2 home runs this season! ⚾️

Above all else, these programs allowed me to change my life. It took lots of hard work and consistency, and this journey has been nothing short of amazing.
