Laura Overcomes Years of Chronic Pain from Hypermobility

Before Whealth, I spent on average $2k/year on treatments such as physiotherapy, mobilizations, physio-led pilates, massage, etc., and thought I was a broken hypermobile person. For years, I struggled with piriformis, low back, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, and wrist pain, and had accepted that I would have to live the rest of my life in chronic pain. To manage pain, I’d do 2+ hours a day of basic physio exercises, cram in daily appointments, and get a 2nd/3rd/4th medical opinion… but I always felt very hopeless, scared, and deflated that nothing was working. I never thought I would be able to get back to the gym or hike with my dog again. 4 months ago, I finally started Limitless as I knew it was time for me to be proactive and do the program that was helping thousands of people overcome pain.

As a result of Whealth’s Limitless program, not only do I feel safe and more confident in my body but my pain levels have drastically reduced. I no longer get the agonizing upper back pain that I used to. My hypermobile knees and elbows feel much stronger and my pain has dramatically reduced overall. The lower back ache I used to get after any exercise has completely gone. In addition, the hypermobile fatigue/brain fog that I am susceptible to has much improved. I have more energy and mental clarity.

Life with Whealth now is great. I follow the Limitless program, increasing my weights steadily and I feel confident and safe in my own body. I can hike with my dog again. The main thing I have learned from Limitless is that your body is strong and resilient, and pain is teaching you something. I have also learned how to strengthen and gain control of my shoulder blades – something that not a single physiotherapist or pilates teacher has ever done before.

To anyone with hypermobility, I would highly recommend committing to Whealth. You will learn that you are strong and resilient and go further than you ever have with any other treatment. You will be supported by an excellent community, and you will improve your quality of life.
