    Small Loops Bands Thin or Wide

    Any Yoga mat

    A rolled-up yoga mat or thick cushion/pad/pillow for kneeling exercises.

    PVC pipe, wooden dowel, or broomstick

    Any Foam Roller for the mobility section.

    Any tennis, lacrosse, golf, etc. balls for massaging and footwork. *Tune Up Fitness is our favorite- they are soft on sensitive skin and have a nice grip to them.
