21 MM DISC HERNIATION + BACK SURGERY TRANSFORMATION (and I lost 75 pounds!) - Limitless Program
Mary's full story:
"I joined Whealth’s Limitless program in Sept. 2023 to find lasting solutions to my chronic lower back pain and rehab a back surgery (microdiscectomy, 21 mm disc herniation).
Before Whealth, I poured almost $10,000 into chiropractors, supplements, massage therapists, physical therapists, and yes, even surgery.
The microdiscectomy gave me some instant relief from the impinged nerve but I was far from out of pain.
Post-op PT through my surgeon's office consisted of 5 exercises and that’s all they had for me, so I was left with a year of angry nerve and leg issues, cramps, and twitches, muscle weakness, pelvic imbalances, or my thoracic tightness.
Then I started Limitless… Limitless addressed all of those issues by taking a whole body approach as it covers 120+ comprehensive movements.
But it also provided me a MUCH needed community of people who have gone through and are on the other side of my exact issues.
I needed to be shown that there’s hope and that we can fix our own bodies, because chronic pain feels so isolating. I came into the program carrying a lot of mental baggage.
I don’t come from an athletic background so I was apprehensive I could be successful, but I dove in and posted videos right away of my workouts. I was met with love and support that truly is priceless.
The program had modifications and coaching for my challenges so I could keep progressing.
In just 5 months of Limitless:
I am not waking up with low back/SIJ pain
Nerve pain is 75% gone!!!
My resting heart rate has dropped by 25 bpm
Lost an additional 20 pounds (lost 75 total!)
My ankles, hips, and low back are much stronger
I am not 100% yet but I’ve made more progress here than anywhere else in the past few years, and I am optimistic and mentally and physically out of the dark place I was in before.
To anyone going through back pain, surgery recovery, fear… get out of your own way! Excuses & procrastination is your brain trying to protect and keep you in your little comfort bubble. But pushing through fears is where you grow." @Maryrosabeth2 on IG
