Crossfit Athlete Overcomes Pain from L3L4, L4L5 Disc Bulge, L5S1 Disc Protrusion, and Sciatica

Written by Lindsay W:

“In Dec 2021 while doing crossfit, I felt a pop in my TFL and pain in my glute, which long story short started AN ENTIRE YEAR OF PAIN - radiating sciatica, & inability to sit, stand, or do anything. (L3L4 & L4L5 disc bulge & L5S1 disc protrusion)

It got so bad that I ended up in the ER, where I got a bunch of meds and shots.

I met with a specialist who told me that it was one of the more “impressive herniations” he’s seen and told me to avoid doing ANYTHING for 6-8 months for it to resolve.

The problem was, both of my jobs require me to be on my feet for 4+ hours at a time, lifting, constantly standing. I couldn’t stop working…

So I ended up getting more shots… 2 of them actually made my pain WORSE.

I was frustrated so I tried chiropractic and massages, spent $500 getting my initial treatment, and was told it would be another $2,700 to treat me.. no thanks.

A friend recommended Whealth to me, so I looked up Limitless, and scheduled a 1:1 consultation immediately. At first it seemed like another route I didn’t want to go, because I saw more $$$ out the window, but I gave it a chance a few days later because they provided me with hope and personal ownership.

When I first started Limitless, it seemed too easy and I was skeptical it could get me back on track… but I was wrong.

6 months later with lots of patience and following the program, I can say that I am moving without ANY pain.

I am a crossfitter and love being active and was afraid I would never be able to do deadlifts, squats, gymnastics or much of anything. I was wrong. Today, I am able to do all of these PAIN FREE with the knowledge I learned from
Limitless.

My biggest takeaway is that the program DOES work but you have to be patient, have a good mindset, and be willing to put in the work.

It has changed how I move in everyday life and my awareness of my body.

I was tired of being told by medical professionals that “I shouldn’t” or “couldn’t” or “wouldn’t.” Limitless is a great program + support system for those who will actually do the work.

Thank you Whealth for giving me faith and a path out when I felt lost, hopeless, and thought my active life was over.”
