MLB Pitcher Rehabs Elbow and Knee Pain with Limitless

“Hello! My name is Adam McCreery, I am 28 years old, and I’m from La Verne, California. 

I’ve been playing professional baseball for 8 years and have searched far and wide for all kinds of resources to improve my game. Not all of us are lucky enough to play our whole careers injury free. I’ve struggled with knee and elbow problems, and it is such a blessing to be healthy again. Trust me, once you get to the highest level in sports, everybody is extremely talented. Talent alone will not separate you. The guys at the top aren’t always even the hardest workers, but they are the smartest workers. They have total control of their body, and are able to perform with consistent results. Because there’s literally hundreds of different types of mobility, strength, flexibility, etc exercises.. It can be overwhelming trying to figure out what actually works.

This is what I have come to love about the Whealth Limitless program. It’s like an all star line up of the most effective exercises/mobility drills. I actually take less time warming up and doing mobility than I have in the past, but am feeling better than I ever have in my career. Simply because what movements they choose are so effective. Not to mention they explain why they do things. I have a better understanding of the why behind certain drills, which makes me way more encouraged to get better at them. 

Another thing I love about Limitless is that it acknowledges how the mental and physical are intertwined. Each section has really great information on diet and lifestyle.
