D1 Athlete Who Overcame Her Back Injury and SI Joint Pain- Stephanie Bryden

Before Whealth I was a D1 athlete with numerous injuries, terrible posture and so many limitations with my body despite competing at elite levels. My sophomore year of college, I suffered a back injury and was told to never barbell deadlift or back squat again.

At the time I believed what the "professionals" told me, and only front squatted/trap bar deadlifted the remainder of my collegiate career and always felt like I couldn't reach my full potential.

Post-graduation, I still had SI joint pain, 2 shoulder impingements, shifting ribs, severe mobility restrictions and a different part of my body was in pain each day. I was scared to do things that made me happy because I always worried “what’s going to hurt next?”. Then I stumbled upon Whealth! 2 years later I have completed Limitless, S&C and the Nutrition course and I feel like an entirely new person!

Within days of starting Limitless my pain started to decrease and eventually disappear, I was getting stronger and began to be able to move in ways I had always wanted to! Now, I am back squatting and deadlifting heavy weights with no issues and have even been overhead squatting, something I never thought I would be capable of achieving! I am also back to doing the things that bring me joy like golfing, kayaking, disc golf and so much more!

I have seen awesome strength gains through Limitless/S&C, but I have also gained a new grasp on what eating correctly looks like. I used to be hungry constantly, have severe anxiety and terrible acne, but the nutrition program has taught me what to eat and when to eat it to combat these issues!

The knowledge the Whealth team has is unmatched and they truly care about each and every member. I cannot thank them enough. My life has changed in ways I never thought possible! I waited too long for a 'sign' telling me it was time to join. If you are one of those people, this is your sign!
