26 Year Old Overcomes Chronic Back, Shoulder, and Neck Pain with Whealth Limitless

Written by Archie Breckenridge, 26 years old fro Glasgow, Scottland

“Hi, my name is Archie Breckenridge (26) and I am from Glasgow, Scotland.

Prior to finding out about Whealth, I came across Andrew’s @the.shirtlessdude videos on his Instagram page and was fascinated by his body control and awareness. At the time I had been suffering from excruciating chronic back pain for months. This pain soon moved up into my neck and shoulders. Physically and mentally, I was hurting more than I can put into words, so I gave up gym work, cycling, running- all things I loved doing- in fear of my pain. I had also spent £800 on treatments that offered no real improvements, just temporary relief and a lot of fear. I got fed up and knew it was time for self-exploration… and came to Whealth.

I have now completed two of Whealth’s programs and I have taken my life back. From a personal standpoint, my pain is at a 1-2/10 at most. I am not fearful of pain. I have taken control of my own health and how I can better myself through what I have learnt from the Whealth team. Most importantly, I am back to what I love doing without chronic pain- i.e cycling and lifting shit! I just joined a local cross fit gym in my hometown, something I thought I’d never do. I get emotional when I remember that I couldn’t even put on my shoes years ago without pain, and now I just deadlifted my first ever 100kg.

I am most excited about simply improving myself and feeling more in control both from a physical and mental point of view. Whilst the journey I have been on has been challenging with multiple setbacks (and setbacks to come I’m sure!), I am eager to continue to learn and improve my body further. For anyone who is struggling with chronic pain, then I recommend you spend time investing in Whealth. Their methods simply work and can help kickstart your way into a happier life, less fearful of pain! Looking back on my journey I wish I knew these methods sooner!”
